Dry-Process Dust Removal System for Blast Furnace Gas

After the dust removal system shifted from wet-process to dry-process with bag, the blast furnace can operate smoothly and the operation of the system is stable. Compared with wet-process, dry-process dust removal makes the generation capacity of TRT (Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine Unit) much higher; it also dramatically increases the recyclable temperature of gas heat of the furnace and promotes utilization of excess pressure, in the mean time it reduces damping down of the blast furnace.
High efficiency for dust removal, reaching 99.99%;
High quality of gas, dust concentration< 10mg/m3 ( less than 5 mg/m3 under normal condition);
High quality of filter material. It is a compound filter material suitable for dust removal of large and medium sized blast furnaces, and it can bear momentary temperature of 390 ℃,so the reliability of system operation is improved;
It is cost-effective, and it can help to save investment and operation cost.
